This paper intends to make an introduction to,and analysis of,the fundamentaltheory and practical value of the method for the design of vibration dampers by sim-plifying the torsional vibration system into a two-mass pendulum model,which isnow still generally adopted at home and abroad;and at the same time,to make a fur-ther study on the principal shortcomings of such a method.On this basis,the authorsuggests a new model for the calculation of the torsional vibration system.By analy-sing some actual examples,a comparison has been made between the results obtainedrespectively from the old calculating model and the new one.A conclusion is thusreached that the important value of the new model has been confirmed.This willprovide a new approach to the design and calculation of the torsional vibration dam-pers used on the diesel installations,and will give full play to the function of thevibration damper that it deserves to perform.

本文对当前国内外仍普遍采用的将扭振系统简化为双扭摆模型以进行减振器设计的方法作了基本原理及其实用价值的分析和介绍。同时,对这种设计计算方法的重要缺陷作了深入的分析。在此基础上,提出了一种新的扭振系统的计算模型。文章用实际算例对比了用两种不同的计算模型所计算的结果,肯定了新计算模型的重要价值,从而为柴油机装置的减振器设计提供了新的设计计算的途径,以便充分发挥扭振减振器所能够发挥的效用。

In order to isolate vibration transmission of marine power plant to decks,an investigation into hydraulic servo active isolation mount for marine diesel set was conducted.Simulation of the hydraulic servo system was done firstly.Then an active two stage isolation mount,on which hydraulic servo system was used as actuator and real diesel was used as primary vibration source,has been built in lab.Finally,some characteristic experiments of the system was done.

Introduction is given to the status and tendency of low noise diesel engine set at home and abroad, as well as theauthors research work for several years in this field. Research is focused on up-to-date reducing noise technologies for newgeneration low noise diesel engine set through the fields as effective control of noise source of diesel engine, noise emissionof engine surface and active noise control.
