When the output is remaind, the increase of BSFC is less than 7% at rated power and maximum torque while the smoke density is still desirable. the exhaust emission characteristics from series X105 diesel engines are given. The adaptability of the compound combustion system with combination of strong swirland slow rate of fuel injection to low emissions is discussed.

控制柴油机的有害排放是一个重要的课题。本文综合介绍了降低X105系列柴油机有害排放的试验研究结果。经过排放控制后,非增压与增压机型的有害成分比排放量(克/马力小时)达到:NO_x=4.5~6.0,CO=5.0~7.0,HC≤0.5。已经低于国内对井下矿用柴油机规定的限制值。在功率不变的情况下,额定工况和最大扭矩时的比油耗增加不超过7%,并保持满意的烟度。文中给出了该系列低排放柴油机的各种排放特性,并论述了‘复合式’燃烧系统采用强涡流和弱喷射的配合对低排放的适应性和存在问题。

In this paper how to apply the microcomputer to marine diesel engine control is discussed. Analysed the relation between the traditional PI regulator and the self-tuning controller and proved the equivalency of the two cases under certain conditions. The simulation test results of the multistage PI regulator are given. In the paper also illustrated the beasible test plan of the electronically controlled injection system of diesel and had given out the experiment results on a live machine.
