Crystals of Ce: Fe: LINbO3 were grown from melt by Czochraski method. Compact Volume Holographic storage properties of the Ce: Fe: LiNbO3 at 633 nm have been studied for the first time. The response time of Fe: LiNbO3 and Ce: Fe: LiNbO3, with different impurity density, has been measured and compared. It is shown in our experment that Ce: fo: LINbO3 crystal is more sensitive to 633 urn than Fe:LINbO3 crystal. So it is a good kind of material of Volume Holographic record.

用提拉法从熔体中生长了 Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体.研究了 Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体在 633nm波段的体全息存储特性,对不同掺杂浓度的 Ce:Fe:LiNbO3和Fe:LiNbO3晶体进行了全息时间常数和吸收光谱的测定与比较.实验表明,Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体对红光的灵敏度优于Fe:LiNbO3晶体,它是一种优良的体全息记录材料.

This paper is focused on the measurement of the holographic performance such as the dynamic range M/#(which incorporating the writing time constant,erasure time constant,and refraction index modulation depth),and sensitivity of doped KNSBN crystal.The result shows that this crystal is sensitive to weak light,and it has fast writing time constant and short erasure time.

本文对掺铬KNSBN晶体的全息存储特性进行了研究 ,着重测试了该晶体的全息灵敏度和动态范围。研究结果表明掺铬KNSBN晶体具有弱光敏感、写入响应快和擦除时间短等特点。

The characteristics of high density digital holographic recording in photopolymer films are reviewed. It can be seen that photopolymer are be the most promising material for high density digital holographic recording.

文章综述了光致聚合物的高密度数字全息存储特性 ,可以看到光致聚合物将是高密度数字全息存储最有希望最先获得突破的材料
