The effect of the tannery wastewater treatment with zinc polysilicate(PSAZ) was studied. The results showed that the CODcr removal efficiency is over 80% and turbidity removal efficiency is over 98%, the total Cr and S 2 removal efficiency are more than 90%, when PSAZ and NaC10 are used in the treatment process. The results of contrast test showed that the flocculation effect of PSAZ is better than that of polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS).

本文研究了聚硅酸锌絮凝剂处理制革工业废水的效果。试验表明,聚硅酸锌絮凝剂对废水CODCr的去除率达80%,浊度的去除率达98%以上,总Cr和S2-的去除率达90%以上。比较结果还表明聚硅酸锌絮凝剂的絮凝效果优于聚合硫酸铁。

Polyaluminium ferric chloride(PAFC), a newtype of inorganic flocculant, was prepared by utilizing dust collected from exhaust fume with electrostatic precipitator. PAFC structure was analyzed with infrared spectrophotometer and Xray diffractometer. PAFC flocculation property in treatment of leather tanning wastewater has been investigated. The total Cr and COD can be removed by over 99% and 78%, respectively. The results are better than those of AlCl 3.

利用电尘灰为主要原料制备聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)絮凝剂,用红外光谱和X射线衍射分析技术表征了PAFC的结构,试验了PAFC处理制革工业废水的效果
