在实际应用中,瓦斯传感器常因载体催化传感元件表面积碳或孔被堵塞而失去活性,导致仪器灵敏度及使用寿命降低,针对这一问题,重点考察了常用稀土氧化物(如CeO2)对瓦斯载体催化传感元件催化剂Pt/γ-Al2O3积碳生成的影响.实验证明,稀土(RE)掺杂确有抑制积碳生成的作用,同时也可提高催化剂的催化反应活性.研究中对稀土的抗积碳作用机理进行了初步探讨,认为积碳的消除主要是通过稀土对催化剂活性组分表面高度分散及贮氧作用而实现的
