The flux current reference is calculated from fast flux control mode, and rotor flux control mode for maximum efficiency drive. The method ensures maximum efficiency in the steady state without degradation of the dynamic response. Simulation and experimental results for an induction motor have demonstrated that this method yields the maximum efficiency and good speed response to change in both torque and motor speed.

In this paper,a novel algorithm that MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) is used in speed estimation is presented and the result of it is used in flux observer is proposed. Some simulation results are also presented in this paper.

异步电机直接磁场定向控制可以提高电机的动态响应速度,且其磁链观测环节位于反馈通道,所以具有比间接磁场定向更好的参数不敏感性。另外,传统的方法是利用光电编码器来获得磁链观测需要的速度信号,但在一些恶劣的工况下,安装光电编码器降低了电机的运行可靠性,且提高了电机的成本及体积。本文给出一种新的方法:利用模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)速度估算算法,通过电机终端的电压电流及估算的速度信号来观测磁链信号,从而达到直接磁场定向控制的目的。文章中给出了计算机仿真的结果来验证算法的可行性。

Combined 3D finite element analysis with the experiments, the magnetic field distribution of the typical flapped electromagnet is investigated. The equivalent magnetic circuit can be constructed based on the simulation results, which inherits the convenience of the traditional magnetic circuit and remains the accuracy of magnetic field analysis. 以工程实际中应用广泛的典型拍合式电磁铁为研究对象,进行三维磁场有限元分析,并通过实验验证分析结果,以分析得到的电磁铁空间磁场分布为依据,建立起电磁铁的等效磁路.结果表明,该等效磁路兼具传统磁路计算快捷和直接磁场计算精度高的特点,大大地提高了磁路计算的精度,可以用于建立其他结构型式电磁铁的精确等效磁路.
