In this paper, the practical experience in designing and fabricating of the platform stabilized by ESG has been summarized. This work was done at Qinghua University with the coorperation of the related Research Institute and Factory in recent years. It is the first platform with ESG which has been completed in China, mcluding the mechanical structure, electronic circuit and servo systems. The experimental evaluation shows that the methods of design, manufacture and modulation are correct in theory and available...

In this paper, the practical experience in designing and fabricating of the platform stabilized by ESG has been summarized. This work was done at Qinghua University with the coorperation of the related Research Institute and Factory in recent years. It is the first platform with ESG which has been completed in China, mcluding the mechanical structure, electronic circuit and servo systems. The experimental evaluation shows that the methods of design, manufacture and modulation are correct in theory and available in engineering practice. They might be applicable in designing of inertial navigatian system and monitor with ESG.

This paper deals with a method forming the error signal to control the direction of the longitudinal axis of a vehicle by way of the optimal rotation axis. In order to control rotation around the longitudinal axis, the ways to form the error signals in the case of roll stability and slope stability are considered.
