The results showed as following:Firstly, the contact angle of FDLC film is the biggest when the flowmeter ratio of CH4/CHF3 is 1:3, which is also bigger than that prepared with C2H2/CHF3.And the contact angle increased when micro-wave power, puls wideth ,bia voltage.
In the experiment,the concertration of TiO_2 sol is 0.5 mol/L, the device for film preparation was designed by ourselves, thickness of TiO_2 thin film we got was about 40nm. The contact angle of the TiO_2 film surface fell to 15° through 1.2h and kept 10° at last.
The results show that in the modificated packing the surface coarse degree was increased,some oxygen polar group were demonstrated,the water contact angle was decreased from 88° to 45°, the critical surface tension was raised from 28×10 -3 N/m to 55×10 -3 N/m and gas total transfer unit number was increased about 24 percent on the average.
What's more important is that the dopant of V_2O_5 on TiO_2 thin films could produce a visible-light response to the films, the water contact angles decreased from 35° before irradiation to 8° after being illuminated by sunlight for 40 minutes while the those of pure TiO_2 thin films remained unchanged after irradiation. And the contact angles decreased as a whole with increasing the amount of V_2O_5 content.
Thecharacterization was mainly by IR, DSC, contact angles, PC, E. It was found that under certain fixedconditions St-BA, dodecyl sulfonic acid sodium salt ,LAS, OR/36, SDS, 40 percent of monomers, aconcentration of 8 mmoLL-1 for iniators, 60 ℃ of polymerization temperature, 7 of pH value, 600N/min for sintering speed, over 10 hours for polymerization time, could get better PC and E.
