The effects of critical value of contact angle on the thickness and density of strip under various rolling conditions have been described, and the consistence and the divergence caused by this effects as well. It is confirmed that when a, is not equal to α2, the small angle α1 controls the properties of strip and the big one a, mainly acts the part of transporting powder. When the angle a, is between 10°-20°, the coefficient K in the formula αd=α1+K(α2-α1) is 0.023-0.253, where αd is the equivalent contact angle. This result has been applied successfully to roll thinner and high porosity strip when the powder has poor fluidity.

The infiltration of NiCrBSi and CoCrW coating alloys on various base steels has been investigated systematically in this paper by means of vacuum fusion,scanning electron microscope,electron probe and X-ray diffraction techniques. A quintic equation between the condensation contact angles and the boundary face concentration difference in Fe element has been proposed by measuring the condensation contact angles of melted coating alloys on base steels and analyzing the elements diffused between them. The mechanism of infiltration process and the influence of temperature, medium and chemical compositions have been discussed. Finally, it has been shown that the infiltration is a macro manifestation of diffusion at the boundary face and a prerequisite to form firm metallurgical bond.

本文用真空熔结方法,以及电镜、电子探针和X光衍射等测试手段,研究Ni-Cr-B-Si及Co-Cr-W涂层合金各种基体钢材的浸润性。通过测定熔融涂层合金对几种基体钢材的冷凝接触角,总结出冷凝接触角与Fe元素的界面浓度差之间存在有一定的五次方程关系;根据试验结果,讨论了浸润过程的机理,指出浸润性是界面互扩散性的宏观反映,是涂层与基体之间形成牢固冶金结合的前提;此外,还初步探讨了温度、介质及化学组成等因素对浸润质的影响。

This article deals with the method of theoretical calculation for equi- valent dynamic load of the single row radial and radial thrust ball bearings, considering the internal clearance and the change of contact angle of the roller.This method is suitable for the calculation with the computer.
