交流电磁式电器的铁损主要由磁滞及渦流损耗二部分组成。在疊片的铁心中,渦流不仅表现在片中以及片与片间,而且还存在于铆钉桿、夹板和其他固结物间。后者相当于一个短路环的作用。由于这个而产生的损耗可以叫做「环流损耗」,它是渦流损耗的另一形式。在某些交流电磁电器铁心中,所谓「环流损耗」达到了惊人的地步,占有总损耗的很大的比重。作者对沈阳低压开关厂生产的MO型煞制电磁铁进行了分析,结果表明MO型煞制电磁铁中的「环流损耗」几达总损耗的一半。经过实验解剖,发现「环流损耗」的主要原因是铁心铆钉与銜铁夹板的横槓间以及铆钉与铆钉间形成了短路环的回路。根据MO型煞制电磁铁的结构,作者认为在不改变铆钉的排列位置下,只须增加铆钉与夹板间的绝缘工艺就可能达到降低损耗的目的。该项建议已被沈阳低压开关厂接受。在结语中,作者指出了大量降低损耗不仅节省了电能,而且为改进该型电器的结构和设计以节省金属材料提供了可能性。

One of the ways to raise the efficiency and diminish local overheating is by the using of shields to decrease the stray losses produced in the stator core end-plates or rotor surface of an electrical machine due to the rotating magnetic fields. However, as has been indicated in the papers by several writers, positive effects of shielding are not always realized; that is to say, the stray losses may even increase if the material or thickness of the shield is not properly chosen. In this paper, theoretical analysis...

One of the ways to raise the efficiency and diminish local overheating is by the using of shields to decrease the stray losses produced in the stator core end-plates or rotor surface of an electrical machine due to the rotating magnetic fields. However, as has been indicated in the papers by several writers, positive effects of shielding are not always realized; that is to say, the stray losses may even increase if the material or thickness of the shield is not properly chosen. In this paper, theoretical analysis of the losses in multilayer media in the rotating fields is made, a formula for the calculation of the stray losses in machines with shields is derived from this theoretical analysis based on the Maxwell's equations and curves are drawn. Finally a primary field coefficient Kp, so named by the authors, is given so as to facilitate the proper designing of the shields.. Experiments on a model have been carried out and the results obtained agreed with the analytical study.

利用屏幕以减少电机定子端部压板损耗或转子表面损耗是提高电机效率及减轻局部过热现象的措施之一。但在屏幕层的材料及厚度选用得不合适时,也有可能增加损耗。本文进行了旋转磁场中多层媒介质的损耗的理论分析,从马克士威方程推导出有屏幕时的损耗计算公式,文章最后提出了“原磁场系数”Κρ作为对选择适当的屏幕材料及厚度以减少某次谐波的损耗的判据。 计算公式的结果与从模型实验上所得的结果是相符的。
