Energy-saving plan of iron and steel industry of China in future is puts forward in the last part of the paper, the goal of the plan is that the comprehensive energy consumption per ton steel will be decreased from present 1. 62 tce to 1. 45 tce and the comparable energy consumption per ton steel will be lowered to 0. 9 tce.

本文为中日钢铁专家第二次技术交流会中方的论文之一。文中介绍了从1978~1989年间,我国钢铁工业能源消耗概况,节能工作的发展过程和取得的主要进展,最后提出我国钢铁工业今后的节能设想,目标是:今后十年,吨钢综合能耗从目前的1.62t标煤,下降到1.45t标煤,吨钢可比能耗下降到0.9t标煤。

为降低钢铁工业能源消耗,本文基于e-p分析法,进一步阐述了结构调整的主要性。指出铁钢比高对能源消耗的影响极大,其中炼钢铁钢比高和铸铁比高是造成铁钢比高的两个主要原因。降低铁钢比的主要途径是结构调整,即增加电炉钢比和降低铸铁比;增加转炉废钢比和降低吨钢钢铁料耗量;充分合理地利用废钢。本文还对到本世纪末中国钢铁工业结构调整后的节能效果作了预测。

Experiences of saving energy, cutting down consumption and tapping potential to increasing profits of Jinan Iron and Steel Company are introduced. The status of energy consumption in steel industry is analysed. The saving energy and cutting down consumption are very important for reducing costs and increasing profits in steel industry.
