连铸技术在钢铁工业的应用,近几年来得到很快的发展.国外连铸技术的提高主要表现在:1.连铸机生产能力的提高;2.连铸设备设计及制造技术的改进;3.铸坯质量的提高;4.浇铸钢种的扩大;5.自动化及过程控制技术的应用.还发展了一些新型连铸机,如离心连铸机、水平连铸机、带式连铸机和轮带式连铸机等.我国从1957年就开始研究连铸技术.1960年试验成功了弧形连铸机.1964年建成了第一台弧形板坯连铸机.随着我国钢铁工业的发展,连铸技术必将得到相应的发展.我国现有的一些小型轧机需要50~70毫米小方坯,因而提出了发展高速小方坯连铸机解决供坯的问题.

On the basis of the principle of thermal equilibrium,this paper has a discussion on the three decisive factors in electroslag remelting process i.e.,the optimum melting speed m,the resistance Rf(from eletrode arm to water tank at the bottom of mould) and the preset voltage Uc for process control,and establishes the functional relations between them as models.The results have been applied to a 0.5 ton ESR furnace with a process control system composed of a program control sybsystem on model and a microcomputer...

On the basis of the principle of thermal equilibrium,this paper has a discussion on the three decisive factors in electroslag remelting process i.e.,the optimum melting speed m,the resistance Rf(from eletrode arm to water tank at the bottom of mould) and the preset voltage Uc for process control,and establishes the functional relations between them as models.The results have been applied to a 0.5 ton ESR furnace with a process control system composed of a program control sybsystem on model and a microcomputer subsystem for digital control.A characteristic diagram,shown as Fig.5,has been plotted provided for selecting matching parameters in operation.Operations using this process control method have been practised for dozens in the 0.5-ton ESR furnace and it is verified that the method is satisfactory for melting speed control and is of benefit to obtain the required techno-economical result.The controllability of remelting process has been accurately reached since the melting speed error Δm=±0.1kg/min and the slag resistance error ΔRw=±0.11mΩ.The rule for determining the three decisive parameters as above can be used to a certain extent for ESR process.

本文从理论上阐述了最佳熔速m、炉口阻值R_F和给定电压信号U_c的确定原则,并应用于一台0.5t电渣炉,建立了参数匹配图。从匹配图选参数,利用微型机或程序控制器进行重熔过程控制,获得了按预定经济技术指标的精确控制。

The mechanism of coarsening of TiC particles under the solid sintering of TiH_2-TiC has been studied. The results suggest that there is a rule similar to some liquid sintering processes in the solid sintering process, i. e. the coarsening process of TiC obeys the rule of Ostwald-Wanger. The process is controlled by Ti-TiC interfacial reation at 1200℃.

本文对TiH_2-TiC固相烧结时TiC颗粒长大机理进行了研究。结果表明:在该固相烧结过程中,存在着与某些液相烧结类似的规律,即TiC颗粒长大过程服从Ostwald-Wanger规律。在1200℃时Ti-TiC间的界面反应为本长大过程的控制过程。
