this paper is the first review of applicable techaologies in uplifting the value of natural gas in Sichuan, that is the indirect conversion of methane via synthesis gas route, including methanol synthesis, ammonia synthesis, methanol to light olefins production, Fischer-Teach synthesis, and Mobil's methanol to gasoline process(MTG).
Three process routes of manufacturing synthetic oil from nature gas are methanol to gasoline process, F-T synthesis process, and synthetic gas to dimethyl ether process.
The application of molecular sieve in direct and indirect chemical conversion of natural gas, including the industrialized processes of making aromatic hydrocarbon from LPG,gasoline from methanol,and methyl amine from methanol,as well as the processes being studied and developed for making gasoline from methane by oxidative conping-oligomerization, benzene from methane,olefins from methanol,and gasoline from methane through methyl chloride is introduced in this article.
The results show that light olefins are important intermediates for iso-butane formation. Under the reaction conditions: H_2/CO_2=3, 5 MPa, 360℃, 3000mL.
