The pressure of inert gases inside the pressure chamber is equal to the pressure of well fluid outside the barrel,it was transmitted onto the surface by the inert gases inside capillary. So the pressure of well fluid at the pressure measurement point is the sum of the pressure of inert gases which can be read directly from the surface and the pressure of gases inside capillary tubing. Results Compared with the control group,all cases in this series have achieved many advantages oreffects,such as short time of operation,fewer number of cases with blood transfusion inoperation,slighter... Results Compared with the control group,all cases in this series have achieved many advantages oreffects,such as short time of operation,fewer number of cases with blood transfusion inoperation,slighter hematuria, low incidence of wrinary fistula,shorter time of hospitalization,smooth recovery of renal function in postoperation,etc. Conclusion This operation is necessary to popularize because of easy manipulation,near distance between thecalculi and the renal surface,accurate location in operation,little amount of hemorrhage,no need to obstruct the blood flow of kidney,and slight influence on kidney,etc. 目的探索治疗嵌顿性肾盏结石,既能满意取石又能最大限度地保护肾功能,减少并发症的手术方法。方法用自行设计的原位撑开的手术方法治疗嵌顿性肾益结石59例。结果与对照组相比,治疗组手术时间短,术中需输血的人数少,术后血尿者少,尿瘘发生率低,住院时间短,术后肾功能恢复好。结论该手术方法操作简单,肾表面距结石的距离最近,取石时定位准确,容易,出血少,不阻断肾血流,取石不受时间限制,不损伤主要血管,对肾功能影响小,术后并发症少。易于推广。
