This seepage control costruction was started in December 1989, and finished in June 1990. Through acceptance, the precast panel construction, dam face treatment and suspended concrete precast panel had a good quality, the anchor rod manufacture and installation and asphalt concret pouring reached the design requirements on the whole. By means of observation and analysis, the quantities of seepage in most monolithes with a 85.7% of the whole observed monolithes had notably been reduced.

鉴于丰满大坝的安全状况 ,1986年确定全面加固 ,确定对上游坝面 2 2 6~ 2 4 5m高程进行防渗补强 .考虑冬季施工、工期紧等因素 ,设计采用沥青混凝土防渗层方案 .防渗工程 1989年 12月开工 ,1990年 6月竣工 .经过验收 ,预制板制作、坝面处理和挂混凝土预制板质量良好 ,仓面处理、锚筋制安、沥青混凝土浇筑等基本达到设计要求 .通过观测分析 ,坝面补强后绝大多数坝段漏水量有明显减少 ,漏水量减少的坝段占观测坝段总数的 85.7% .
