2001年6月,教育部颁发了《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》,同年颁布了《全日制义务教育物理课程标准(实验稿)》。2003年教育部又颁布了《普通高中物理课程标准(实验)》。新一轮基础教育改革把课程目标定位于满足学生发展和终身学习需要和为造就适应社会需要的高素质人才奠定基础,并提出了"知识与技能"、"过程与方法"、"情感态度与价值观"的三维课程目标。新课程认为课程是学生获得体验的过程,教学是教师与学生、学生与学生对话、交流和知识建构的活动。我们应根据高中物理新沟程取向,构建物理教师教育的新模式。
