探讨了高速埋弧焊焊缝咬边的机理、影响因素和解决途径。研制了一种新型的焊速可大于80m/h的高速埋弧焊烧结焊剂,并介绍了这种焊剂的性能。阐述了焊接工艺参数的焊剂成份对高速焊焊接工艺性的影响。利用这种焊剂对16Mn和20g材料进行了焊接工艺实验评定,结果表明:利用这种焊剂可以解决高速焊咬边和焊接工艺性的问题,并能满足压力容器和锅炉钢焊接要求,是一种较为理想,可推广使用的焊剂。
