There occurred two large-scaled and deep rocky landslides in front of Lijiaxia hydropowcr dam.Monitoring system,on and under the ground,have been established since 1983.Mand years' monitoring data demanstrate that there exists creep deformation in both landslides.During the construction and operation.under the influence of some new factors,the possibility of losing stability and sliding downward enhances.In order to assure the safe operation,besides the rational monitoring network,thc movement mechanism of the two slides should be studied by enhancing the observation accuracy and eliminating the error of data as well as analyzing the observation results correctly.This paper has tried the best in this respect.

李家峡水电站坝前发育有两个大型深层岩质滑坡。自1983年以来布置了地表与地下观测系统,数年观测资料表明,两滑坡体均具不同程度的蠕动变形。电站施工运行期间,在新增触发因素的影响下,两滑坡体失稳下滑的可能性增强。为了保证电站安全运行,除了合理地布置观测网点外,还应通过提高观测精度和消除数据误差,对观测结果做正确分析,进一步研究两滑坡体的活动机制,本文将在这方面做一尝试。

Inferring that it was possibly the result of subduction of the Kula Plate or ocean crust to the Taiwan straits continental crust plate along the east-side of the Central Mountain in Taiwan Island, but early Cretaceous compressional Nanyuan For- mation volcanic rock series and late Cretaceous extensional volcanic-plutonic rock series in Southeastern Fujian were possibly the resulted from collision and subduction of the Taiwan Straits continental crust plate to Southeastern Fujian continental margin in the early Yanshannian and back-arc extension after stopping its subduction and occurring subduction in the east side of the Central Mountain in Taiwan during late Cretaceous.

提出在福建东南沿海地区晚白垩世除了产出有拉张地球动力环境下火山(石帽山群火山岩)和深成(魁岐碱性花岗岩类)产物外,在长乐-南澳断裂带以东的平潭岛还产出有挤压地球动力环境下火山产物.其化学成分和岩系演化趋势显著不同于闽东南南园组和石帽山群火山岩,为独立的钙碱性角闪石英安岩系.其成因可能与库拉板块沿台湾中央山脉东侧向台湾海峡陆块的俯冲有关.闽东南地区早白垩世挤压环境火山产物(南园组火山岩)和晚自垩世拉张环境火山-深层岩系则可能与燕山早期台湾海峡陆块向闽东南大陆边缘的碰撞俯冲,而在晚白垩世停止俯冲,同时在台湾中央山脉东侧发生的俯冲作用所造成的“弧后扩张”有关.

During the construction and operatian,the possibility of losing its stability and sliding downnard erhances underthe influcence of some new factors. In order to assure the safe operation,landslide was cut above altitude of 2200m, and the measurement of load was taken in the toe. In order to have a correct understanding of stability ofⅠlandslide before and after discoal,the stability of landslide body along with the changing of reservoir stare has been evaluated again by means of the coefficient recurrence method.

李家峡水电站坝前发育有Ⅰ号大型深层岩质滑坡,自1983年以来一直处于等速蠕动变形状态,失稳下滑的可能性增强。为确保电站安全运行起见,对Ⅰ号滑坡高程2200m以上的滑体进行了削方处理,并采用加载反压法的防护措施。为了对处理前后滑体稳定性有一比较确切的了解,采用速推系数法对滑体处于各种库水位变化情况下的稳定性进行了重新评价。
