The pipeline from Zhong Yuan to Lo Yong (hereafter refered to as Zhong-Lo pipeline) was insulated with polyurethane hard foam plastic (hereafter refered to as foam plastic) coated by yellow jacket constiuting such structure as pipe sheathed by another one. In the commisioning of Zhong-Lo pipeline, it is clearly shown that this way of insulation is superious over the convetionnal asphalt coating in effect. It is through calculation of the general heat transfere coeffcient K and thermo conductivity K' (including the trial calculation of thermal conductivity before it being put into production and the estimation of it during operation) that the K' dluctuation curve has been obtained, veryfying the supposition that K' values vary in different gedlo- gical areas. Meanwhile the bottle-neck' section along Zhong-Lo pipeline is determined by the greatest K' value, which is lowest in temperature and greatest in friction. Through determination of the minimum and maximun throuthut, numbers of heating stations, analysis of shutdown time and necessary calculation concerned, the advantages revealed are: the minimum throughput has been raised by 30% in comparison with the former design; cutting down a number of heating stations so as to save a great deal of fuel; three times that of the previous shutdown time allowable Besides, the article points out the defects in structure as well as construction of sucha way of insulation.

The surface finishing agents used for the glass were KH550, KH560, etc; cure system were E-20 epoxy/dicyandiamine, E-42 epoxy/phthalic anhydride and E-44 epoxy/2123 phenol aldehyde. The experiments on speedingup ageing of the products carried in artificial seawater and Bohai Sea showed that KH550 was the best surface finishing agent.The glasscloth reinforced laminate had an initial bending strength as high as 666.2 MPa. The strength retention was the high-est, 72.7% after 6 years immersion in seawater. E-20 epoxy/dicyandiamine was the best cure system. The glasscloth reinforcedlaminate had an initial bending strength as high as 657. 5 MPa after dewaxing at high temperature. The strength retention was62. 1% after boiling with seawater for 8 hours. The corrosion resistance of the product was improved when coated with epoxy-pitch. The bending stenght of the coated product after boiling with seawater or 8 hours was nearly the same as the initialones. The wet bending strength of the coated product after the immersion in Bohai Sea for 6 years was higher then that of non-coated.

本文介绍了各种双酚A型环氧玻璃钢的制备工艺及其耐海水腐蚀性能。所用玻纤表面处理剂有KH550、KH560和沃兰等。固化体系有E-20环氧/双氰二胺、E-42环氧/邻苯二甲酸酐、E-44环氧/2123酚醛三种。由人工海水加速老化和渤海现场浸泡试验表明,玻纤表面处理剂的效果以KH550为最好,在树脂固化体系相同时(均为E-20环氧/双氰二胺体系)所制玻璃钢的初始弯曲强度较高,为666.2MPa,海水浸泡6年后的强度保留率最高,为72.7%。固化体系以E-20环氧/双氰二胺的效果最好,在玻璃布经高温脱蜡处理时玻璃钢的初始弯曲强度为657.5MPa,经海水沸煮8小时后强度保留率为62.1%。在玻璃钢表面加一环氧沥青防腐涂层后能进一步提高材料的耐腐蚀性能,其海水沸煮8小时后的弯曲强度与初始值相当;经6年渤海现场浸泡后,在任一浸泡年限内加涂层玻璃钢的湿态弯曲强度均高于无涂层的。
