This paper introduces the characteristics of formation flying small satellites,puts forward a design method for the determination of position and attitude of small satellites. It focuses on relative position and attitude determination between satellites,especially the relative position error due to pseudo code and carrier phase tracking loop,the difference of frequency reference between satellites and the time delay error of the equipment in stations. The method for reducing such error is discussed in this paper. At the end,it analyzes the results and comes to the conclusion that the error is less than several centimeters.
