本文綜合論述可用能函数的热力学基础,有最常見的热力过程可用能量损失的計算公式。文中以这一函数为基础,作出实际循环的可用能流图,对循环的热力学完善性进行分析和評价——第二定律分析法。这种方法可把各类热力机械的效率指标統一起来,便于分析现代綜合的热力循环,对能量的合理利用提供了理論上的依据。文中还通过正循环和逆循环的实例,具体討論这种方法在力能装置和热泵中的应用。論述中作者說明了这种方法的重要性並从力能角度提出“数量分析”和“质量分析”的概念。

(1) The practical process exe- -rgy balance equation and the exergy use equation are derived; the principles of process energy consumption are further expounded. (2) The method and procedure of process analysis along the line of energy change are suggested; the model of three subsystems of energy processes and the practical programme based on the simplified calculation are established. (3) The fundamental principles guiding the improvement of process energy saving and the direction of refinery energy saving are summarized. The method and principle presented in this paper can be applied either to the improvement of energy saving in existing refinery or to the conside- ration of energy saving in new refinery design.

炼厂节能的深入开展,要求科学地认识工艺过程用能原理,系统地分析评价用能状况,确定节能改进的方向和途径。以此为目标,本文对过程第二定律分析理论在当前炼厂节能实践中的运用进行了研究和探讨,(1)导出了实用的过程(火用)平衡方程及(火用)耗方程,进而阐明了过程用能原理;(2)提出了沿能量变化的线索分析过程的思路和方法,建立了用能过程三个环节的模型和在简捷计算基础上的实用分析程式;(3)归纳了指导过程节能改进的基本原则及所展示的炼厂节能方向。本文提出的分析方法和规划原则可用于现有炼厂的节能改进及新设计炼厂的节能考虑。
