同步机构是精密冷滚轧机床的重要组成部件 ,其同步精度直接影响到花键成形的周节累积误差。针对同步机构的运动特点 ,分析了同步误差来源及其影响因素 ,并对原有设计方案进行了改进。通过对改进设计方案的误差分析、计算 ,确定了各误差因素在总误差中所占比重 ,并给出了相应减小同步误差的具体措施。

In this paper,the large non\|linear FEM software MARC be used to calculate the 3D deformed distribution of the cold roll forming machine frame,slide seat and bolster plate.Combine with calculation results,corresponding improving design scheme is presented.

In this dissertation dynamic analysis of a cold roll forming machine's hydraulic system is conducted. The system model and block diagram are obtained by analyses of flow control valve, relief valve, pump with outletpipe and hydraulic cylinder. The system is simulated using software, the simulation results are used in the improvements of system properties and the design method settling for work performance is broughtforward.

对冷滚轧机床液压系统进行了动态分析。对系统中的调速阀、溢流阀、泵及出口管路、液压缸等分别进行了分析,建立了系统模型,并在此基础上应用软件进行系统仿真。根据仿真结果对系统进行了改进,提出了满足其工作性能要求的设计方法,改善了系统的动态特性。
