Objective:To explore the effective method of respiratory tract care in heavy pneumonia of newborn.Methods:45 cases were divided randomly into three groups:ultrasonic aerosol inhalation group,physical therapy group and control group.The situation of temperature,cough,dispnea and lung rales were investigated and analyzed.Results:The significant differences between the three groups were found( P <0.01).The treatment effect was better in inhalation group than that in control group and the physical therapy group showed the best effect in all of the three groups.Conclusion:As an asistant treatment countermeasure for heavy pneumonia of newborn,physical therapy has the benefit of economics,noninjurious and easily to practise.It is an useful method of respiratory tract care in clinic.

目的 :探索新生儿重症感染性肺炎最有效的呼吸道管理措施。方法 :将 45例重症感染性肺炎的新生儿随机分为超声雾化吸入组、物理疗法组及对照组。对照组仅为常规用药 ,吸入组除作常规用药外加超声雾化吸入 ,物理疗法组除作常规用药和超声雾化吸入外还加翻身、拍背、吸痰处理。观察三组患儿的体温、咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部罗音情况 ,并将这 4个参数进行方差分析比较。结果 :4个参数都有非常显著的组间差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,吸入组疗效明显高于常规用药组 ,而物理疗法组又优于吸入组。结论 :物理疗法作为辅助治疗新生儿重症感染性肺炎既经济易行 ,又无损伤性 ,是值得推广的呼吸道管理方法

Objective: To observe clinical therapeutical effect and safety of vancomycin in treatment of neonate with severe infectious pneumonia. Method: 32 cases, who were ill with infectious pneumonia, were randomly divided treated group(vancomycin) and controlled group(third generation cephalosporin). Results:The total effetive rate of vancomycin in treatment of neonate with severe infectious pneumonia due to staphylococci was 87.5%, which was obviows higher than the controtled group. 目的 :观察万古霉素治疗新生儿重症感染性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :随机将 32例新生儿感染性肺炎分为治疗组 (万古霉素 )和对照组 (第三代头孢菌素 )。结果 :万古霉素治疗新生儿重症葡萄球菌感染性肺炎的总有效率 87.5 % ,明显高于对照组 (5 0 .0 % ) ,不良反应少。结论 :万古霉素治疗新生儿葡萄球菌肺炎疗效肯定 ,安全可靠。
