Design of computer controlled wide range frequency response measurement system is introduced. The main computer sends the frequency tuning words to the microcontroller based measuring circuits through RS-232C,and the scanning frequency signal is produced by controlling the AD9854 DDS chip. Using the gain/phase measurement function of AD8302,the frequency response is measured in wide band. The problem of distinguishing phase lead or lag is solved by combining with the quadrature output of AD9854. The system has good interface for man and machine,and has high performance/cost ratio.

介绍了计算机控制的宽带频率特性测试系统的设计。主控计算机通过 RS- 2 32 C口向基于单片机的频率特性测量电路输出频率控制字 ,并控制 AD985 4DDS芯片产生宽带的扫频信号。利用 AD830 2的增益 /相位测量功能实现了幅频特性与相频特性的测试 ,并结合 AD985 4的正交输出解决了 AD830 2不能区分相位超前与滞后的问题。系统用户界面良好 ,具有较高的性价比。
