An inverse optimization method, applied in hyperthermia to search the ideal heating physical configurations in the expected temperature distribution of heat-field, was proposed. An inverse optimization method, applied in hyperthermia to search the ideal heating physical configurations in the expected temperature distribution of heat-field, was proposed. In order to realize the target temperature distribution of tumor tissues and avoid over-heating of healthy tissues, an objective function and some related weighted coefficients were introduced. After then, based on the 2-D finite element method (FEM) solutions of Laplace and Pennes′ bio-heat transfer equations, the genetic algorithm (GA) recursively modified the heating conditions to minimize the objective function. Satisfectory simulation results were demonstrated in capacitive radio frequency hyperthermic system by using a simplified non-homogeneous human model obtained from an X-CT human slice. Comparison of results between 2-applicators′ and 3-applicators′ showed that, the 3-applicator capacitive RF-hyperthermic system had a better ability for the optimization of effective heating field in the deep area. This technology of target heat-field temperature control is believed to have an important practical value in the designation of hyperthermia devices and clinical applications.

提出一种电容射频热疗中优化求解预期深部有效热区分布逆问题的方法。其思路是根据深部肿瘤组织靶区加热温度和避免正常组织过热的要求 ,引入目标函数和有关权重系数 ,在应用有限元法求解加热电磁场方程和生物传热方程过程中 ,通过遗传算法迭代修正加热物理参数 ,使目标函数达到极小值 ,获得达到理想热场分布的优化解。该方法使用简化人体真实组织结构的非均质模型并用于制定电容射频热疗中深部肿瘤热疗方案 ,获得满意的仿真计算优化结果。比较两电容热疗和三电容热疗的优化效果表明 ,三电容热疗具有更好的深部有效热区优化能力。这项生物体内温度场重构和优化控制技术将对肿瘤热疗装置设计和临床方案制定有重要应用价值。
