本文报道气功师在练功过程中的电导纳图的改变。结果表明、在通电50KHz 和维持50mv 的恒压条件下,气功可以使人体的导电能力发生明显的改变。小周无功可以改变心导纳图,运气功可以改变肢体导纳图,这种改变显然来自体内循球系统和呼吸系统有规律性的变化。这一研究结果,不但有助于建立气功的理论基础,而且提供了建立研究气功的一种新的无损伤性方法

用传递函数法对左心导管测量的30例肺动脉压力资料进行福里哀分析,求出系统传递函数主极点所对应的交角频率。分析表明:肺动脉平均压与肺楔压之差和交角频率的倒数T_2之间,及肺动脉平均压和相应的交角频率的倒数T_1之间,均有很好的线性关系(r=0.898和0.810)。T_2,T_1的生理学意义分别相当于肺动脉和肺循环总时间常数与心动周期之比。由于时间常数可以用其他非损伤性方法近似测量,因而本文的结果可用于间接推算肺动脉平均压和肺动脉平均压与肺楔压之差。

建立大鼠齿龈炎模型。用无损伤性方法测量大鼠牙龈微血管压和微区血流量。结果:实验前(正常龈)微血管细动脉压为4.089±0.49kPa,细静脉压为2.56±0.26kPa;微区血流量为18.89±4.16(mV)实验后细动脉压为5.05±1.04kPa,细静脉压为2.93±0.75kPa;微区血流量为(mV)。提示:①无损伤毛细血管压测定仪测量齿龈微血管压(16.23±4.97)测量结果稳定;②大鼠齿龈炎时微血管压升高(P<0.05),而用激光多普勒微区血流测定仪测量牙龈微区血流量无明显改变
