Meanwhile, as the irradiating doses increased within the range of 15-30KR, a band of enzymatic activity was clearly weakened.According to above, being irradiated with 80Co?-ray, the seedlings transformed, in both morphogenesis structure and molecular level, but it seems that there is no full relativity between them.

For studying the radioactivity, forty seven varieties of dormant barley seeds were irradiated with various doses (0~400Gy) of 137Cs y-rays. The results showed that the dose-effects relations of seedling growth inhibition could be fitted by an equation of F(D*) ?1 ?(1 ?e-'i0)* , and the dose-effects of cell-nucleus,the frequency of root tip cell with chromosome abberations and peroxidase isoenzyme band could be expressd by a linear regression equation Y = A-\- B ?X . The radioactivity of naked barley was much higher than of fcovered barley. According to different radiosensitivities the varieties studied could be divided into five types i. e. extreme resistant,resistant,intermediate, sensitive, and extreme sensitive. The results also showed that there was close relationship between the DNA content of cell-nucleus,peroxidase isoenzyme zymogram and radioactivity. The radiosensitivity was proportion to the DNA content. The volume of cell-nucleus varied inversly as Z)50 of nucleus volume and no obvious correlation with the D50 of seedling growth inhibition.

用0~400Gy~(137)Csγ射线照射47个不同类型栽培大麦的休眠种子(含水量13%),研究其辐射敏感性。结果表明,幼苗生长抑制的剂量效应可用方程F(D)=1-(1—e~(α_1D)~N拟合,细胞核体积、根尖染色体畸变细胞率和过氧化物酶同工酶酶带的剂量效应可用线性回归方程Y=A+BX拟合。供试品种的辐射敏感性可分为5个类型,即极迟钝型、迟钝型、中间型、敏感型和极敏感型。试验还表明,核DNA含量和过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱与辐射损伤密切相关,其变化特点能反映出供试品种的辐射敏感性;大麦品种的辐射敏感性与DNA含量呈正相关;细胞核体积与核体积的D_(50)呈显著负相关,而与幼苗生长抑制的D_(50)无明显相关。
