From this study it is shown that the genetic resources of quantitative characters of these local varieties of soybeans are very abundant, that the simple selection is still one of the important methods in soybean breeding, and that to study the local varieties with the methods of quantitative genetics is of great importance both in theory and practice in soybean breeding.

本文研究江淮下游地区大豆地方品种有关生育期、产量、机械化栽培共17种数量性状的遗传变异。根据这些性状的表型和遗传型方差、遗传型变异系数及遗传力,估计预期遗传进度,从而揭示从大豆地方品种自然群体进行选择的潜力和预期效果。研究证实了本区大豆地方品种数量性状的遗传资源非常丰富;系统育种仍是大豆育种主要方法之一,应加以重视;并提出用数量遗传方法整理和研究大豆地方品种是育种理论和实践上都有意义的方法。

More than 20 parthenogenetic clones derived form 2n of the. early cultivar NEA 303 (male sterile) were obtained by means of using diploid S. phureja clone IVP 35 as pollintor. There clones were considered as SDR origin on the basis of the segregation ratios of their tuber shape and flesh clour. Such as shallowness of eye, pollen fertility and length of stolon also showed segregations.

利用二倍体栽培种(S. phureja)“授粉者”(ⅣP35)诱导马铃著极早熟品种东农303 2n卵孤雌生殖获得四倍体无性繁殖系20余份。根据著肉、薯肉色的分离比例确定为第2次分裂重组核(SDR)的2n卵。此外,块茎芽眼的深浅、花粉育性和匍匐枝的长度等也有明显的性状分离。无性系PT_(3-3)、PT_(3-5)、PT_(3-6)和PT_(4-5)的花粉育性良好并产生自交实生种子以及不同无性系间的杂种实生种子。无性系PT_(3-3)和PT_(3-5)等具有一些优于亲本东农303的经济性状,如芽眼浅,薯形圆整,单株块茎产量较高。因此,由雄性不育的早期品种2n卵(SDR)孤雌生殖产生的四倍体无性系可作为选育早熟新品种的育种材料。
