In this work, a review is made on the state-of-the-arts of non-destructive measuring technique, materials database and safety assessment technology for high temperature pressure vessels. According to its content, it was divided into two parts: measuring technique and materials databank and assessment technology. In this part, some procedures and approaches for integrity assessment of defected structure operating at high-temperature are introduced, including American ASME CC N-47, the British Energy R5 and BS7910, the French A16 and the German two-criteria method, and the time dependent failure assessment diagram approach etc. Their advantages and shortcomings are compared one by one. Then further research efforts needed in China are also suggested.

综述了近年来国内外高温环境下在用压力容器缺陷检测技术、高温材料数据库及其安全评估方法的发展状况 ,内容分为检测技术及材料数据库和评估方法两部分。本部分介绍了世界上现有的高温环境下含缺陷结构完整性评定方法和规范 ,包括 :美国ASMECCN -47案例 ,英国的R5、BS791 0规范 ,法国的A1 6,德国的双判据方法以及最近发展起来的与时间相关的失效评定图法 (TD FAD) ,比较了其优缺点 ,同时针对我国下一步需要开展的研究工作提出了建议

On the basis of the crack initiation and growth control parameterJT integral estimation, a time-dependent failure assessment diagram (TDFAD) for the steady creep condition of defective structure at elevated temperature was investigated in this work. The definition and calculation approach of parameters Kr, Lr, Lrmax, s0.2c as well as isochronous stress-strain curve, related to the TDFAD, were presented. Three methods for determining the material creep fracture toughness Kmatc, i.e., experimental measuring method, parameter estimating approach and graphic solution, were discussed in detail. Several families of failure assessment curves (FAC) for 2.25Cr1Mo at elevated temperature were constructed according to the presented procedure. The research results indicate that the effect of serve-time on the FAC is not much evident under the condition of environmental temperature lower than the material creep temperature, and the general FAC offered in R6 at ambient temperature can be applied in the engineering practices to give a rough assessment for high temperature structure. Whilst for the structure operated at temperature higher than the material creep temperature, the changes of the FACs compared to the general FAC in R6 will increase with serve-time prolonging and operating temperature elevating, and the TDFAD should be adopted in this case. The effect of service-time and environmental temperature on structure failure can be imaged rationally by the TDFAD proposed in this work.

针对高温含缺陷结构的稳态蠕变情况,在裂纹扩展控制参量JT积分的基础上建立了一个与时间相关的失效评定图,给出了与之相关的参量Kr、Lr、Lrmax、s0.2c以及等时应力应变曲线的定义和确定方法,详细讨论了材料的蠕变断裂韧性Kmatc的试验测定方法、参数估算法以及图算法,并据此建立了2.25Cr1Mo钢一系列的高温失效评定曲线。研究结果表明:当环境温度低于材料蠕变温度时,服役时间对2.25Cr1Mo钢的高温失效评定曲线影响不大,可以采用R6的通用失效评定曲线进行粗略评定;当环境温度高于材料蠕变温度时,服役时间越长、温度越高高温失效评定曲线与R6通用失效评定曲线相比变化越大,这时必须采用与时间相关的失效评定图。

The failure process of time - dependent material containing defects may be considered as a thermodynami-cally open, far - from - equilibrium system in which the self - organization of dissipative structures takes place. The self - similarity of dissipative structures on different scaling levels provides the opportunity for transition from micro - to meso and macro - levels. In this paper, based on the experimental results of local temperature field and pyromagnetic effect formed in the evolution period of defects, the failure process of time - dependent material containing defects have been studied from a unified standpoint of macro - /meso - /microscopic stratum system. It is proved that this failure process is not only a pure mechanical process, the thermo - mechanical coupling effect and pyromagnetic effect are not negligible.

含缺陷物体的与时间相关的失效过程是一个热力学开放的,远离平衡态的系统,失效过程中发生耗散结构的自组织现象.不同尺度上耗散结构的自相似性可供从微观过度到细观和宏观.基于缺陷演化过程中局域温度场和热磁效应的实验研究,从统一的宏、细、微观层次体系出发,研究了与时间相关的缺陷体的失效过程.结果表明,这个失效过程并非纯力学过程,其中的热力耦合和热磁效应不容忽略.
