A new method to determine 6 heavy metals in aerosol by GFAAS is reported in this paper. The aerosel samples are digested first with HN03-HC1O4 and then with HNO3-HF, and finely dissolved with HNO3. The resultant solution is analyzed by GFAAS to determine the content of Cu、Co、Ni、Cr、Cd and Pb. The detection limits are in the range from 1. 9×10~(-12)-6×10~(-10)g, the RSD is less then 6. 1% and the recoveries are between 90. 4% and 106. 5%. 采用斑马鱼研究铅和铬共存的联合毒性。二价铅对斑马鱼的24h、48h和96h的半致死浓度分别为171、155和146mg/l,六价铬对斑马鱼的24h、48h和96h的半致死浓度分别为112、67和50mg/l。在浓度1∶1的情况下,铅和铬共存对斑马鱼24h、48h和96h的半致死浓度分别为35、29和26mg/l。根据Marking的指数法求得24h、48h和96h的相加指数AI分别为089、061和043,皆大于零,表现为协同作用。

The content of lead and chromium(Ⅵ) in water samples is determined by air-acetylene FAAS after concentrated by APDC-DDTC-MIBK system extraction. The optimum determination conditions are optimized and the test for the interferential elements that probably exist is conducted. The relative standard deviation for lead and chromium(Ⅵ) are 3.1 percent and 2.2 percent respectively. and the respective recovery rates are 97.5 percent and 101.1 percent.

采用 A P D C- D D T C- M I B K 体系萃取富集水样中的铅和铬( Ⅵ) ,并利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定其含量。建立了优化的测定条件,并对可能存在的元素作了干扰实验。本法测定铅和铬( Ⅵ) 的相对标准偏差分别为31 % 和22 % ,回收率为975 % 和1011 % 。
