Computational method of range of electric vehicles is introduced. The method is based on equilibrium between energy supplied by storage batteries and power used by vehicle. Besides, the model for evaluating the influence of the battery uniformity on the power output of the battery is established. The effect of vehicle parameters and environmental temperature on the range is analyzed. With the help of field test of BJD6100 EV electric bus, computational methods and related factors of range are verified. In the meantime, suggestions that increase range are proposed.

研究了电动汽车续驶里程的计算方法 ,根据电池释放的能量与电动汽车消耗的能量相等的方法计算 ,使用 BJD61 0 0 - EV电动公交车的有关参数 ,计算在不同速度下匀速行驶时的续驶里程及阻力功率 .建立电池均匀性对电池输出功率的影响模型 ,分析整车参数、环境温度对电动汽车的续驶里程的影响 ,绘制相应的曲线 .结合对 BJD61 0 0 - EV电动公交车的道路试验 ,验证了续驶里程的计算方法及续驶里程的影响因素 ,并提出了增加续驶里程的措施

Electric Vehicle (EV), as an integrated product of modern technology and trend of the auto industry in the future, was environmental friendly and had wide market prospect. EV was classified systematically as Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) according to the sources of driving force in a vehicle. Present achievements and further research trends of EV and many kinds of power sources...

Electric Vehicle (EV), as an integrated product of modern technology and trend of the auto industry in the future, was environmental friendly and had wide market prospect. EV was classified systematically as Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) according to the sources of driving force in a vehicle. Present achievements and further research trends of EV and many kinds of power sources adapted to EV were reviewed. The proposal about how to develop EV industry in China was presented. Two possible breakthroughs of the EV markets in China, the markets of electric buses and electric bicycles, was suggested. On the basis of the technical and economical analysis it could be concluded that the lead acid battery could meet the elemental needs for developing EV in our country today.

Control method and working characteristics of DC drive system for BJD6100 EV electric bus are studied. The fundamental control method for this drive system is introduced, and a concept of magnetic poles modulated by continuous current is presented. Imitating the method for measuring the speed characteristic of gasoline engine, the working characteristics of the DC drive system is acquired, and this characteristic is based to give a tractive effort speed characteristic which can be used to predict the dynamic performance of the BJD6100 EV electric bus. The practicability of the working characteristic is proved by experiments.

研究 BJD6 10 0 - EV型电动公交车的大功率直流驱动系统的控制方法和工作特性 .介绍该直流驱动系统的基本控制方法 ,提出续流调磁的设计思想 .仿照汽油发动机测定速度特性的方法 ,得到了 BJD6 10 0 - EV型电动公交车直流驱动系统的工作特性 .在此基础上 ,绘制出该车的驱动力 -行驶阻力平衡图 ,并预测了电动公交车的动力性能 .通过试验 ,证明了该工作特性的实用性
