The powders used are: Ca-Si, CaC_2, Mg+CaO, Ca(CN)_2, CaO etc. For the TN process ladles are lined with dolomite, and for the SL process both fire clay and magnesia brick are suitable. Usually argon is used as the carrier gas.As a result of powder injection,some detrimental elements in steel can be substantially lowered such as: S to 0.002~0.005%, P to 0.005%, O to 0.0015%. MnS inclusions can be eliminated and undeformable inclusions of the spinel(CaO·Al_2O_3)type formed. Ultra low sulphur steel,low phosphour steels and heavy plates with superior toughness in Z direction can thus be produced. Powder injection technique has the advantages of simple equipment,low investment.low operation cost,good flexibility etc. It is estimated that injection metallurgy will find more and more use in the steelmaking industry during the eighties

钢包喷粉是七十年代发展起来的新技术、新工艺,目前世界上有40余台设备投入了工业生产。设备的主要类型有TN法(Thyssen Niederrhein)和SL法(Scandinavian Lancers)。使用的粉剂有Ca-Si、CaC_2、MgO+CaO、Ca(CN)_2、CaO等。TN法要求钢包内衬用白云石砌成,SL法对钢包内衬无要求(粘土砖、镁砖均可)。一般用氩气作为输送气体。经钢包喷粉处理,可使钢中S<0.002~0.005%,P<0.005%,O<0.0015%,消除MnS型夹杂,形成不易变形的钙铝尖晶石型夹杂物。从而能生产超低硫钢,低磷钢和Z向韧性优良的厚钢板等。钢包喷粉技术具有设备简单,投资少,操作费用低廉,灵活性大等优点,预计八十年代喷射冶金将得到更广泛的应用。

本文报导了以镁铝尖晶石和稀土氧化物为致密化添加剂的烧结Si_3N_4研究。用接近纯α相的Si_3N_4细粉(比表面5~7m~2/g)为原始粉料,通过液相烧结,能制得显气孔率在1%左右的致密的试样。室温强度达7000~7500kg/cm~2,部分强度超过8000kg/cm~2,硬度HRA在90以上。试样的室温性能可与添加5wt%MgO的热压氮化硅材料相比。

In this paper, the conditions in service of rammed monolithic lining with alumina-magnesite refractory in 200t ladles of oxygen converters are described, their influence on steel quality is discussed and measures for prolonging the life of rammed lining are also provided. 本文介绍了氧气转炉200t盛钢桶采用铝镁质材料机械捣打整体内衬的使用情况,探讨铝镁质捣打桶衬对钢质量的影响,提出提高捣打桶衬寿命的技术措施。使用结果表明,铝镁质机械捣打整体内衬使用效果比粘土砖砌内衬好,原因是在使用过程基质中形成镁铝尖晶石相,改善了基质部分的组织结构,从而改善了桶衬材质的使用性能。
