Twenty three isolates of Xanthomonas campesris pv.oryzae collected in

研究分析了23个东南亚和华南(广东)稻白叶枯病菌株在5个中国鉴别品种上的致病力反应。无论按病斑反应型或斑长平均值衡量,均可将这些菌株划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ及Ⅴ等5个不同菌系群。其中以Ⅳ及Ⅴ群为强毒菌群,Ⅴ菌群能使抗病品种“IR_(26)”丧失抗性,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ三个类型菌群在东南亚和我国广东省都存在。试验结果还表明了菌株间致病力、品种间抵抗力和菌株与品种间(Ⅴ×Ⅰ)的互作反应极显著,茵系的变异性是菌株与品种间互作的结果。试验结果还初步认为我国华南沿海籼稻区的白叶枯病菌系在致病力反应上较近似于东南亚。此外,由于Ⅳ菌群是广东地区的优势种群,同时毒性更强的Ⅴ菌群已经出现,因此在抗病育种的策略上,目前除仍以育成具Xa4抗性基因品种为主外,从发展趋势看,必须及早考虑开发和评价具有抵抗Ⅴ菌群的抗性资源和选育相应的抗性品种。

Seven male steriles(A)and their corresponding maintainers(B)were employed to make a full diallel set of 7×7 F_1(A_i×B_j;i,j=1,2,… …,7).The diallel F_1s,all of which are male sterile,were planted in alternate rows with a pollinator to investigate the genetic correlations be- tween the natural outcrossing and fourteen floral characters.The genetic differences among the MS lines with respect to stigma width,ovary length and stigma angle are non-significant.Compared with early-rice varieties, the floral structure of MS lines is not improved,but the increase of exserted stigma of MS lines is appearent.The GCV of all floral traits in MS lines is smaller than that in the conventional rice.The genetic correlations be- tween the outcrossing and floral structural traits are negative and those be- tween the outcrossing and the traits related to flowering behavior are posi- tive.The direct genetic path coefficients of the single stigma exsertion, stigma length,spikelet length and width are 1.145,0.458,-0.211 and -0.216,respectively.It's obvious that the available genotype of MS lines appeared in high stigma exsertion,long stigma and the less size of spike- let.Additive,nonadditive,phenotypic and environmental direct effects of the floral traits on the outcrossing are also estimated.Discussions have been made on the approach of making full use of current MS lines and the tactics of breeding high outcrossing male steriles by improving of single stigma ex- sertion,stigma length and grain size.

7对早籼不育系、保持系按完全双列杂交方式配制的不育杂种在田间进行天然异交试验。双列联合分析了天然异交率和14个花器性状。其中柱头宽、子房长和柱头角度的基因型差异不显著。与常规稻比较,不育系花器构造无显著改良,但开花习性有利于异交。花器构造诸性状与异交率呈遗传负相关,开花习性诸性状则相反。柱头单边和总外露率与异交率的关系最密切。遗传决定异交的最佳性状组合为高柱头外露、大柱头和小颖花。通径分析了各性状对异交的加性、非加性、表型和环境效应。讨论了现有不育系种质利用的途径和通过4个花器性状的改良提高不育系异交率的育种策略。

The genetic analysis of resistance to BYMV in barley was conducted in a complete diallel crosses involving 5 resistant and 2 susceptible parents under field conditions. The results obtained from the present study indicated that the resistance to BYMV was not controlled by a single gene, but by multiple genes. Hence some breeding strategies of the resistance to BYMV in Barley were briefly discussed.

本文通过5个抗病品种、2个感病品种的相互杂交,对F_1、F_2、BC_1、BC_2及多年的数据分析表明大麦抗BYMV抗性的遗传方式较复杂,不呈单基因控制的孟德尔遗传方式,而符合多基因控制的数量遗传模式。根据分析结果,初步讨论了大麦抗BYMV的育种策略。
