Type CZB-C Automatic Protector (CZB for short) is used in various diesel engine products and generating sets. When the engine speed, oil pressure, oil temperature and water temperature exceed the specified limit values, CZB will make the engine stop, and at the same time give sound and light warnings. The examples in the end of the paper show that the protector is considerablely effective.

This paper details the design plan of master control program, automatic control program and fuel consumption measure program, briefly introduces the fuzzy control of diesel engine rotating speed and load. The experimental result shows that the performance of the system is excellent, the dynamic responding speed is fast, the surveying precision is high, the system gives consideration to the dynamic and static performance of test course. The system obtains satisfactory control result.

介绍了柴油机自动测试台的主要功能、硬件配置和软件设计。硬件采用IPC总线486工业控制机,软件采用C语言编程,将上位机和下位机融为一体是软、硬件设计的突出特点。详细阐述了主控程序、自动控制程序和燃油消耗测量程序的设计方法,扼要介绍了柴油机转速和负荷的模糊控制。实验结果表明该系统性能优良,动态响应速度快,测试精度高,兼顾了测试过程的动态和静态性能,获得了满意的测控效果。
