The rolling force in the plastic deformation and entry elastic deformation subzones is computed iteratively with numerical integration. Then, calculate approximately the rolling force in the exit elastic deformation subzones in terms of a product of the area enclosed by the curve of unit pressure distribution and the width of rolled piece. At last, the model to calculate rolling force of No.5 mill is obtained via the sum of the two rolling forces calculated. Some simulations were done using different steel grades specifications of rolled strips of which the relevant data were recorded in situ. This force model is thus proved accurate and able to meet the precision requirements of precomputation for cold continuous rolling process.

在冷连轧轧制过程中,综合考虑轧件、轧辊的弹性变形和轧件的塑性变形,将轧件的受力变形区分为:入口弹性变形区、塑性变形区和出口弹性变形区·采用数值积分法,迭代计算入口弹性变形区和塑性变形区的轧制力,用出口区单位压力分布曲线围成的面积和轧件宽度的乘积近似计算出口弹性变形区的轧制力,两者求和即得到第5机架轧制力计算模型·用现场记录的不同钢种和规格的多组数据进行仿真计算,结果表明,该模型满足冷连轧生产轧制力预计算所需的精度要求·

It computes dynamic models in DSP and the results are exchanged with controller through reflective memory mapped network in real-time mode. The whole simulation process is real-time. Experiments show that this method can simulate the tandem cold-rolling process real-time and it will be helpful for further study of the simulation of tandem cold-rolling and its application.

针对冷连轧轧制过程这个高度复杂的动态过程,提出了一种新的仿真的方法用来实现实时仿真。它利用数字信号处理器DSP的高速运算速度来实现动态模型的实时计算,通过内存映像网与实物控制器进行数据实时交换,整个过程是实时的。试验表明,该方法能有效地进行复杂冷轧过程的实时仿真,为继续深入这方面研究与应用提供了良好的基础。
