The octane level of the gasoline currently manufactured in China is relatively low. Only about 10% of the total gasoline produced has a motor octane equal to or higher than 80. At present, FCC naphtha consists about 65% of the total gasoline pool. This figure is expected to approach 78% by 1990. It is, therefore, all-out important to increase the octane of FCC naphtha. In the mean time, refinery LPG should be sufficiently utilized to make high octane components for increasing the production of high octane gasoline....

本文叙述长岭炼油厂研制的一种新的连续在线测量炼油厂汽油辛烷值的分析仪。当汽油和空气的混合物喷入保持某确定的温度的反应器腔室时发生局部氧化,热效应与试样的辛烷值相关。分析器由反应器系统、单板微计算机和打印机组成,微处理器控制分析周期、反应温度、数据处理和打印研究法辛烷值和马达法辛烷值。例如,可在现场把测量范围调到78—93辛烷值。建议取量限为5个辛烷值单位,精度与重复性都不大于±0.3个辛烷值单位。本文还介绍了仪表结构、软件框图、技术特性及在烷基化装置现场的运行结果。

The development of China's automotive industry during the 6th five-year-plan period was focused on accelerating the changeover and replacemant of old vehicles. Beside the development of mediant-weight gasoline trucks by domestic efforts, the design and manufacturing techniques of vehicles of other basic types are mainly introduced from abroad. They are being put into production one after another in the 7th five-year-plan period. It is now scheduled to realize a strategic transfer from trucks to passenger cars...

我国汽车工业的发展重点,“六五”期间为加速老产品的更新换代,除中型汽车自行研制开发外,各类基本型汽车均已引进国外产品的设计和制造技术,“七五”期间陆续投产.当前,将有计划地实现从载重卡车向轿车的战略转移,“八五”、“九五”期间轿车工业要有较大的发展.随之而来对其燃料和润滑油的发展会有很大的影响:即提高汽油辛烷值和润滑油质量以满足换代车型的要求.
