A novel on-line near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) analyzer with charge coupled device (CCD) detector was designed and manufactured. The optical theory,hardware configuration,and its technical features are introduced in detail. It consists of spectrometer system,explosion protection system,optical fiber and flow cell system,sample preconditioning system,outlier sample auto-grabbing system,and control and measurement software. A self-contained chemometrics software was also developed for calibration and prediction....

A novel on-line near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) analyzer with charge coupled device (CCD) detector was designed and manufactured. The optical theory,hardware configuration,and its technical features are introduced in detail. It consists of spectrometer system,explosion protection system,optical fiber and flow cell system,sample preconditioning system,outlier sample auto-grabbing system,and control and measurement software. A self-contained chemometrics software was also developed for calibration and prediction. It can monitor up to six channels,and measure fifteen chemical and physical properties simultaneously. The analytical time per channel is less than 40 seconds. The analyzer has advantages of no moving optical parts,super long-term stability,high analytical speed,low maintenance costs. It has been successfully applied to reforming unit in Lanzhou Refinery to determine Research Octane Number (RON) and aromatics contents for five months,the accuracy for RON is 0.3 and the repeatability is 0.2. The analytical results obtained by the analyzer can be easily communicated with existing process control system to realize optimization control.

随着汽油市场开放,很多土炼油、低标号油混入到成品油市场,购买这些油不仅影响消费者的利益,并且增加环境污染因素。汽油的辛烷值从化学分析角度来看是综合因素的体现,无法用单纯的某一成分确定。因此,选用介电常数法测量汽油的辛烷值,可以包含汽油的全部组分对辛烷值的影响,是比较理想的测量方法。根据确定的电容传感器测量不同标号的标准汽渍,得出多组电容与辛烷值数据,用最小二乘法得到电容与辛烷值的函数关系,就可以测量未知标号的汽油产品。因为电容传感器的参数离散性,仪器需要进行出厂标定,标定后的测量精度达到±0 1辛烷值单位。用介电常数法测量汽油辛烷值是比较理想的测量方法,但存在无法分辨添加剂影响的局限性。
