Based on the whole optimization method, the models of gasoline blending system were designed to satisfy the requirements for continuous production in the refinery. The proposed approach was successfully illustrated with a simulation study to display its advantages in improving system robustness and obtaining balance between maximum profit and steady operation. 应用全局优化思想设计自动汽油调合系统各层模型,满足了汽油生产连续性要求;同时,针对调合组分油性质不确定的特点,提出多级规划的方法并应用于在线优化层设计,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。仿真结果表明,用多级规划的方法获取实时调合配方,显著提高了系统鲁棒性,较好地实现了调合利润最大化和系统稳定性之间的平衡。
