We studied the distribution of enzymes on the retina of rabbits using

用组织化学的方法测定家兔视网膜的酶分布情况,发现酸性磷酸酶分布于视网膜全层,以色素上皮层、杆锥体层、外核层和外网层较多。碱性磷酸酶除血管内皮外,均呈阴性反应。琥珀酸脱氢酶明显地分布在杆、锥体内端和色素上皮层。三磷酸腺苷酶活性大量分布在杆锥体的椭园体,中等量分布在色素上皮层和外核层。葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶和磷酸化酶主要局限于视网膜外网层以外部分。乳酸脱氢酶大量分布在杆锥体内端、神经节细胞层和神经纤维层。这些酶的分布特点提示,外网层以内的视网膜主要由糖元无氧酵解获得能量,而外网层以外的部分则通过有氧氧化获得能量。

Acute retinal ischemia in 16 rabbits was made by anterior chamber irrigation. Histologic and ultrastructural changes were observed with light microscope and trasmission electron microscope. The results showed that tolerance time of rabbit retina to ischemia was 60 minutes. The main pathologic changes of retinal ischemia were degeneration, dissolution and proliferation.

The relationship between iron ions and lipid peroxidation and their inhibition with drugs on rabbits' retina were investigated, in order to explain the mechanism of sideresis bulbi and search for its treatment. In rabbit-retina S9 fraction in vitro, it was found that both ferrous and ferric ion could induce lipid peroxidation markedly. Edetate (EDTA) and Vit.E inhibited iron-induced lipid peroxidation obviously, superoxide dismutase inhibited moderately, while reduced GSH promoted this reaction.

通过对家兔视网膜铁离子与脂质过氧化反应的关系及药物对其作用的研究,探讨视网膜铁锈症的治疗方法。用家免视网膜S_9片段进行体外试验,发现二价铁与三价铁均可明显诱发此反应,乙二胺四乙酸及维生素E对此诱发反应抑制较强,超氧化物岐化酶对其抑制稍弱,而还原型谷胱甘肽则促进该反应。
