目前,虽然国内有一些关于企业信息化方面的研究,但针对制造企业信息化还没有形成一套比较完整的通用评价指标体系和综合评价方法。为此,在建立制造企业信息化评价指标体系的基础上,以天津制造企业为例,运用主成分分析方法确定了评价指标的权重,介绍了制造企业信息化指数的计算方法,并对企业信息化指数的评价结果进行了分析。

Now many enterprises pay attention to using CRM but neglect to evaluate the effect of implementing CRM.To solve this problem,this paper puts forward three steps of evaluating CRM:feasible analyzing before implementing CRM,establishing evaluation system,modifying the plan based on the target.

本文针对当前企业在采用CRM时,重运用轻评估的现状,提出了从实施前可行性分析到实施后评估体系建立以及结合目标修正的三个逐步推进的评估过程,并重点从客户、技术、财务三个角度给出了一些普遍通用的评价指标。

In order to study the wall surface temperature response under intermittent heating or cooling,the wall temperature variation vs.time of a semi-infinite body under the convective boundary condition was analyzed.The result shows that the temperature response is a linear function of the combined thermal physical property kρc.Based on this result,the response time coefficient was proposed to be as a general evaluation index for the wall temperature response.

为研究间歇供热(或供冷)条件下墙体表面的温度响应,采用解析方法分析了对流边界条件下半无限大物体的非稳态传热过程中表面温度变化规律,发现壁温变化与组合物性参数kρc成线性关系。以此为基础,提出了墙体材料“特征时间系数”的定义,并将其作为墙体表面温度响应特性的通用评价指标
