美国著名健康教育专家Lawrence W.Green 提出的健康教育项目设计PRECEDE 诊断评价模式,站在社会健康的宏观高度,全面规划健康教育内容、方式与作用环节,并从项目设计开始就将监测评价纳入项目内容。由于设计思维的缜密与方法的科学性,保证了健康教育项目能够紧紧抓住重点健康问题,做到有的放矢。因此,在模式的引进和使用过程中,应结合我国妇幼卫生的现状和当地的实际情况,设计出适合我国国情的妇幼卫生健康教育项目规划,为发展我国妇幼卫生事业服务。

An investigation by questionaire to explore perceptions and relative behaviors on general knowledge to schistosomiasis control was carried out among a random sample of 4500 villagers in endemic areas of 33 counties ail over the Sichuan Province in 1992.The major channels from which the villagers obtained health information were also surveyed.The results showed that the average correct answer rate on general knowledge was 53. 4% but 86. 5% on relative behaviors in which 11. 9% villagers knowing how to protect...

An investigation by questionaire to explore perceptions and relative behaviors on general knowledge to schistosomiasis control was carried out among a random sample of 4500 villagers in endemic areas of 33 counties ail over the Sichuan Province in 1992.The major channels from which the villagers obtained health information were also surveyed.The results showed that the average correct answer rate on general knowledge was 53. 4% but 86. 5% on relative behaviors in which 11. 9% villagers knowing how to protect themselves.Differences could be found in different occupation, educational level and imcome. The highest correct rate appeared in cadre (71. 9%) while the lowest in pre-school children (39. 8%). The longer the education period one experienced, the more ocrred answer would make. For instance,correct rate was 73. 1 % among those with college educational level, but 59. 6% in primary school level. The correct rate was 60. 3% in villagers with income <400 yuan/person/family/year and 69. 0% in those with >2000 yuan/person/family/year.Data from 2 demonstration villages revealed that the major mode to be exposed in schistosome-infested water waS washing objects and farming. The relative percentage of exposure index of these 2 behaviors reached 54. 3% and 54. 9% of a year. The peak duration of a year situated in May to August.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of an AIDS prevention project in three middle schools in Kunming, Yunnan Province .Methods: Samples were randomly chosen from each class in all grades of three middle schools, where an AIDS prevention project was carried out for one year. The survey group was 403 students, 138 teachers and 117 parents of the students. The control group was 956 students from other three middle schools, where the AIDS prevention project was not carried out. Both quantitative and the qualitaive methods (multiple choice and matrix questionnaires, individual and group interviews, group discussions) were used in the evaluation. Results: The students from the project schools had better knowledge of HIV/AIDS (transmission, risk behaviour) than control group and the difference was statistically very significant ( P <0.001).The teachers, students and parents in the project schools had changed their attitude towards HIV/AIDS, and showed more responsibility for AIDS prevention and sympathy to AIDS patients. The project schools had accepted the project well and they participated actively in HIV/AIDS prevention programs. The students had spread the knowledge to their parents, neighbors and friends. Conclusion: Providing knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention to students is an effective method. The methods this project used (peer education and participatory teaching) were very suitable for the students. In addition, it established a successful model integrating sex education into HIV/AIDS prevention program for the adolescent as well.

对云南省教委在3所中学开展的“艾滋病健康教育项目”效果进行外部评估。方法:用分层随机抽样法选取3所项目学校初一年级至高三年级学生403名、教师138名和学生家长117名,采用定量和定性结合的方法进行问卷调查、矩阵评分、小组讨论和个别访谈。并对另外3所非项目学校学生956名进行问卷调查。结果:通过项目一年的开展,项目学校学生对艾滋病的知识,尤其是艾滋病传播途径和危险行为等知识的掌握明显好于非项目学校学生,该差异有高度显著性意义(P<0001)。项目学校教师、学生和家长对艾滋病的认识和态度有了明显的转变,并增强了预防艾滋病的责任感。项目的开展在中学里还形成了预防艾滋病的环境,并通过中学生向社会辐射。结论:在中学开展艾滋病健康教育,是一条行之有效的预防艾滋病的途径。该项目采用的“同伴教育法”和“参与式教学法”适合于中学生群体,并为在青少年中开展性教育与艾滋病预防项目相结合提供了良好的范例
