The sensitivity and selectivity of some elements can be increased by organiceomplexing agents in atomic absorption speetrophotometry.The abnormal affectof alkali metal ions on the atomization behavior of rare earth elements waspreviously observed by the present authors.But the effect of both alkali metalion and organic eomplexing agent coexisting in test solution on flame atomiza-tion of Yb has not been reported.In the present paper,the effect of organic co-mplexing agent or/and alkali metal ion on the atomic absorption speetrophotome-trie behavior of Yb is studied in an air acetylene flame.The results show thatorganic eomplexing agents,namely,citric,aseorbic and 5-sulfosalicylic acid,oralkali metal ions(as sodium or potassium chloride)suppress the absorption of Ybrespectively,and when both coexist marked sensibilization effect is produced.These systems composed of organic eomplexing agent and alkali metal ion in widerange of molar ratio induce constant and higher absorbance of Yb.The mecha-nism of sensibilization is mainly due to the existance of Yb in the form oforganic complex and the vaporization behavior and atomization process of thatcomplex in the flame are altered in the presence of alkali metal ions. The sensi-tivities are improved respectvely from 0.34 to 0.1,0.06 or 0.06ppmYb/1% absorptionin the system composed of sodium ion and citric,aseorbic or sulfosalicyrlic acid.Inaddition,the selectivity is also improved.

A series of cubic AgBr core-shell emulsions were prepared from the core emulsions reduced by DMAB and shelled by AgBr.These core-shell emulsions doped with Ag_2 in the interior of grains exhibited a significant increase in sensitivity.After these emulsions were sensitized respectively by sulfur,gold or sulfur-plus-gold,the relative sensitivities of the emulsions were much higher than that of the controlled ones without Ag_2 in the interior of grains,i.e.=0.The results showed that a cooperative sensitization of the AgBr core-shell emulsions by internal reduction and surface chemical sensitization.On the other hand,the fog densities of these chemically sensitized emulsions rose rapidly with the amount of DMAB added in preparation of core emulsions,particularly in the cases of sulfur-plus-gold or gold sensitization.It was considered to be related to Ag_2 on the surface of grains,which were expelled from the cores in shelling process.In addition,an increase in the shelling rate was more favorable to depress the fog.

采用对核颗粒进行还原掺杂和将其包壳的方法制备了一系列不同DMAB用量、内部有还原敏化中心(Ag2)的AgBr核壳乳剂.这些乳剂表现出明显的增感效应.当这些乳剂分别进行表面硫、金和硫加金增感后,一方面表现出明显的协同增感效应;另一方面又随DMAB用量的提高,灰雾明显增长,特别是在金增感和硫加金增感的情况下.此外实验结果还证明,提高核乳剂的包壳速率可以在一定程度上减少核壳乳剂的灰雾.

It was found that the silver bromide emulsion can be chemically sensitized by PbS nanoparticles.Contrast experiments of PbS and Na_2S_2O_3 sensitization were carried out,and the influence of the sensitizer dosage,the sensitization temperature and pAg,the shapes of silver bromide microcrystals,and the sensitization cooperated with HAuCl_4 were studied.

发现了PbS纳米微粒对溴化银乳剂的化学增感作用,对PbS和Na2S2O3对卤化银乳剂的增感作用进行了比较,研究了增感剂用量、增感温度和pAg值、溴化银的晶型等因素的影响,以及PbS纳米微粒与HAuCl4的协同增感效应.
