过程数据是一种丰富的信息资源 ,过程数据压缩的主要目的是为了节省过程数据的存储空间 ,便于过程数据的处理 ,减少过程数据传输的通信流量。本文给出了过程数据压缩的描述 ,详细介绍了过程数据压缩的一些常用算法。例如 ,矩形波串法、后向斜率法、SDT算法、PLOT算法及矢量量化方法等 ,并进一步指出了过程数据压缩中的一些实际问题。本文的工作为过程数据压缩的理论研究和实际应用提供了一定的基础。
