         The effect of sucrose,thiamine,pyridoxine,glycine,glutamic acid,indoleacetic acid(IAA),kinetin and extract of pteridium aquilinum leaves on sporiparity of pteridium aquilinum were studied.The results showed that the rate and the speed of germination of the its spores could be obviously promoted.It was also shown that these substances could accelerate the formation of prothallus and sporophyte.
            本文研究了蔗糖和硫胺素、吡哆醇、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、吲哚乙酸 (IAA)、激动素 (KN)、蕨叶提取液等生长辅助物质对蕨孢子人工繁殖的影响 ,证明在无机培养基中加入高浓度的蔗糖和一定浓度的生长辅助物质 ,可提高蕨孢子的萌发率 ,加快孢子的萌发速度 ,促进原叶体的生长。
