Quantitative evaluation on oil layer's natural production is one principle task in exploration and development, and it is still in the stage of research.At present, oil layer's production can only be predicted through oil test, production testing or reservoir simulation. There isn't a mature method to predict oil layer's production using well logging data. Therefore key factors(effective porosity,permeability,oil saturation and effective thickness) affecting production are used as predicting parameters. Oil layer's natural production is predicted in Sudererte area of Hailaer basin, quantitative evaluation method on oil layer's natural production is also given. The method is convenient and suitable,it can be used to check exploration result, it also provided technical evidence for development. It realized the aim that using well logging data to predict testing production, to optimize testing layer, to instruct oilfield's exploration and development.

对油层的产能进行定性或定量评价是油气勘探与开发领域的一项基本任务 ,而实现对储层产能进行定量、半定量的预测评价则仍处在探索阶段。目前 ,油层产能评价只能通过试油、试采数据或油藏数值模拟等手段进行预测 ,还没有一套能够利用常规测井资料预测油层产能的成熟方法。因此 ,以影响储层产能的关键因素 (有效孔隙度、渗透率、含油饱和度及有效厚度 )为主要评价参数 ,对海拉尔盆地苏仁诺尔地区油层的自然产能进行了预测评价 ,给出了利用测井资料预测储层自然产能的定性、定量评价方法。该方法简便适用 ,既可以检验油气勘探成果 ,又能为油田开发提供技术依据 ,实现了通过测井手段预测试油产量 ,进而达到优选试油层位、指导油田勘探开发的目的
