     With a shown example of simple supported plate, a new piezoelectric sensor design is presented to measure volume displacement. An array of rectangular segments of PVDF film attached on the surface of the plate is taken as sensor. The output signals of the PVDF films are multiplied by appropriate weights so that the weighted combinations of the outputs directly lead to the volume displacement of the plate.

In this paper, an adaptive control system in which working voltage compensates the variation of electrolyte resistivity is discussed. Synthesis of signals in this oontrol system is aocmplished by operational amplif er to make control system obtain a high precision. In addition, some principles of designing resistivity transducer of electrolyte cell type are also analyzed.

With the experience gained in the course of measurement for the development of pulsed water jet as a basis, the paper gives a discussion on methods of designing the pressure and force transducers and calculating the inherent frequency and on the influence of wire resistance and capacity on the measurement results; a method of increasing the elastic operating pressure of transducers by autofrettaging is also presented. In addition, some notable problems relating to the measurement are put forward.

本文根据我所脉冲水射流研制过程中测试工作的经验,论述了压力传感器和力传感器的设计计算方法,固有频率的计算,导线电阻、电容及布片方法对测试效果的影响,并提出了用自增强提高压力传感器弹性操作压力的方法。另外还述及了测试工作中其他一些值得注意的问题。
