This paper gives a breif description of the development of sintering ignitois now used in China and abroad. From hot model simulation test of two new types of sintering ignitor, it is found that the temperature over the sinter bed of multi-slit ignitor is more uniform and its high temperature zone can be regulated. Owing to its different construction, the temperature at the top of burner is only 450℃ which is the half of that of linear ignitor. Thus the ignitor life is comparatively increased. Based on the above test, the cold model simulation test has been carried out for determining its optimum construction and operating parameters.

本文概述烧结点火器的发展及国内外新型节能点火器的使用情况。对两种新型点火器进行热态模拟对比试验,在同等条件下,缝式点火器的料面温度更均匀,高温区可调,烧嘴端部的温度只有450℃,比线式点火器低一半,可大大延长点火器的寿命。根据以上试验的结果,对缝式点火器进行冷态模拟试验并确定较合适的结构和操作参数。

This article analyses the present production situation of the igniter of TG sintering plant. presents the idea and strategy for automatic firing temperature control for the igniter, and introduces how to realize the firing temperature control using SIEMENS AS215 distributed system, as well as the system configuration and its modular programming mothed.

本文分析了太钢烧结点火器生产现状,提出了点火器温度自动控制的思想和策略,介绍了用西门子AS215集散系统实现点火器温度控制的计算机配置及模块化编程方法。
