利用激光全息技术对电控多点汽油喷嘴的喷雾特性进行了研究。介绍了用于汽油喷雾场研究的双脉冲激光全息摄影装置以及喷油和触发的控制系统,使用该系统研究了GM和BOSCH公司生产的两种不同型号喷嘴的喷雾特性,同时发现了漂流、滴油及断续喷射等不正常喷射。实验表明,该系统能有效地评定电控喷嘴的微观性能,为电控汽油喷射发动机改善性能提供依据。

Liability to faiiure of fuel injector is one of the common troubles which frequentlyoceur in fuel injection type engine. Beginning with constructional analysis, the paper expounds indetal the trouble types and their causes of liability to faiture of fuel injector,and points out thattuel injector failure is mainly caused by various sensors and electronic components within eletronic-controlled unit.
