本文研究了锻热预处理对20CrMo 钢齿轮坯切削加工性和渗碳、淬火组织的影响。试验中采用锻热缓冷和锻热等温冷却两种预处理工艺。结果表明,经两种锻热预处理的齿轮坯具有良好的切削加工性;与通常正火的比较,渗碳状态下的奥氏体和冷却后的铁素体和珠光体晶粒(团)要粗些,但最终淬火组织差别很小。

现在我国制造中小模数齿轮常用的材料是20CrMnTi钢。含钛钢中的氮化钛菱形夹杂物会影响齿轮的接触疲劳寿命,而且采用碳氮共渗时又易产生三黑组织。本文介绍了20CrMoH钢和20CrMnTi钢原材料、工艺和热处理后机械性能的对比试验,以及20CrMoH钢齿轮装车使用试验情况。试验结果表明,20CrMoH齿轮比20CrMnTi齿轮渗碳淬火后变形小,弯曲疲劳寿命高。20CrMoH钢适于制造中小模数齿轮。
