An analytical solution can not be obtained by the plastic theory.The cross-sectional shearing stress distribution of linearly strengthening elastic-plastic material under lateral bending is not valid hecause we can't derive the corresponding yield function. In this paper, by means of the engineering practical method, the shearing stress distribution is obtained in a symmetric section. The result shows that the shearing stress is distributed lineary in the plastic area and parabolically in the clastic area, for the lateral bending members of lineary strengthening material at the elastic-plastic stage. Though the method used and the result obtained are approximate, the accuracy of them is enough for engineering requirment. Meanwhile, the physical concept and the mechanical concept of the method are clear. The shearing stress distribution and the elastic core height calculated by this method for ideal elastic-plastic material are exactly the same as those presently known.

塑性理论对线性强化弹塑性材料,在横力弯曲时横截面上的剪应力分布,由于无法给出相应的屈服函数,而不能获得解析解。本文利用工程实用方法,解出了对称截面情况下的剪应力分布。结果说明,横力弯曲时,处于弹塑性阶段的线性强化材料制成的梁,剪应力在塑性区成线性分布,在弹性区成抛物线分布。所用方法和所得结果虽然是近似的,但具有满足工程要求的精度,并且物理、力学概念清晰。文中按照此法算出的理想弹塑性材料剪应力分布和弹性核高度与已知结果全完一样。

Two-dimensional numerical simulations and analyses have been carried out for the dynamic stress fields of an EB-type long-rod armour-piercing projectile under firing conditions.The constitutional curves of materials were taken from experimental results and reduced reasonably to a linear-hardening elastic-plastic model.The influences of shell band on the stress field of projectile were considered for the first time.This work gives curves of compression,tensile and shear stress against time,the contour of stress in projectile,as well as the stress-time history in some positions of interest and provides a valuable analysis to the possible positions of failure in projectiles,underfiring conditions.

利用二维动力学计算程序对发射时EB穿甲弹内应力场进行了数值分析,材料物性参数取自实验结果,并合理地归纳为线性强化弹塑性模型,在计算中首次考虑了弹带对弹体受力的影响。本计算给出了拉、压、剪应力的轴向分布和某些令人关注部位的应力时程曲线,并对发射时弹体可能的危险部位提出了具有实用价值的分析。
